Request Funding.
Below is the WHSFEE funding process. If you need money for your organization or program, please complete the Discretionary Fund Request Form or use the Google Form way below (after the Contact Us form).
1. Requestor completes a Discretionary Fund Request Form. Include a proforma invoice, if possible.
2. (highly recommended but not required) Requestor submits the form to Whitney's Principal for review, advice and endorsement.
3. Requestor emails the Discretionary Fund Request Form (along with Whitney Principal’s endorsement, if available) to fundme@whitneyhighfoundation.org.
4. The Foundation may ask the Requestor to give a presentation at an upcoming meeting to elaborate the request.
5. Discretionary Spending Committee will review and give recommendation on approval, partial approval or denial.
6. Foundation members will take into consideration the recommendation of the Discretionary Spending Committee and vote on the request at the next monthly meeting for formal decision.
7. Requestor is notified of the decision and funds are disbursed, if approved.
